Who We Are
We are Trans Joy Network, a small grassroots organisation founded in Basingstoke, England, by a trio of local transgender individuals.
Our goal, as an organisation, is to spread positivity and encourage kindness amongst The Transgender + Communities and provide transgender individuals with the resources to live safely and authentically by opening up our own safe spaces and having specialised support readily accessible within our centres.
Trans Joy Network takes great joy in hosting our own pride events in our supported areas to spread Trans+ Joy and strengthen local communities. During these events, we hold fundraisers for our supported charities and host stalls and stages queer artists of varying mediums.
In the background, Trans Joy Network hosts and attends activism events in support of the Transgender+ community and in solidarity with other marginalised communities. Our mission is to achieve liberation for every person, not just transgender+ individuals or communities.

What We Offer
Within our centres, we offer direct 1-1 support for queer individuals from our experienced trans+ staff members for topics including but not limited to mental health, sexual health, transition and education. With our public donation scheme, we are able to offer free gender affirming clothing, binders, packers and more resources to aid in social transition. We also run workshops on voice-training, hairstyling and makeup for those who may have missed out on the opportunity to learn those skills in the past.
Our members are welcome to relax in our spaces, with the opportunity for independent activities such as crafting or reading, or to socialise and participate in our games, competitions and group activities.
At each session, a recurring menu of free, nutritional food and drink will be available for our attendees, alongside a selection of sweet treats and hot drinks. Our spaces also come kitted with kettles and microwaves, should our attendees choose to bring in their own warm food
